We avoid exterior painting in cold or wet weather, as it affects paint adhesion. We’ll advise the best time based on your project and the forecast.
It depends on the size and complexity. A single room usually takes 1–2 days, while a full house may take 5–10 days. We’ll give you a clear timeline before starting.

Yes — many of our clients give us keys or access codes. We’re professional, respectful and fully insured. We treat your home like our own.
Yes — many clients share access codes, and we treat that information with complete confidentiality. We never share or store it beyond the job.
We appreciate it if you can clear the room, we will cover/protect large items that cannot be moved ourselves and protect everything with dust sheets and masking. We work cleanly and respectfully.
Always. We protect your floors and furniture during the job, and we leave everything spotless when we’re done. No mess, no stress.
We take short breaks outside or in designated areas if you allow it. We’re respectful and discreet, and we never assume permission — we always ask first.
We always warn you about freshly painted areas and clearly mark or block off wet surfaces. We’re used to working in homes with kids and pets — safety comes first.
Yes — we work quietly, avoid unnecessary conversation, and respect your home. We only use the rooms we’re working in and keep tools tidy and contained.
Yes — we tidy up daily, not just at the end of the job. We vacuum, fold dust sheets and leave your space usable overnight

We use trade-grade paints from Dulux Trade, Crown, Johnstone’s and Farrow & Ball — chosen for durability, coverage and finish. We can also use specific brands on request.

🧱 Preparation, Repairs & Problem Areas
Absolutely. We repair cracks, treat damp, block stains and prep all surfaces properly before painting. This includes flooded bathrooms, greasy kitchen walls and ceiling damage.
Yes — we treat and seal damp areas with specialist primers and coatings, and we’ll advise if further building work is needed.
Yes — we apply a mist coat first, then build up with 2–3 coats of trade-grade paint for a smooth, durable finish.

We open up the crack, fill it with flexible filler, sand it smooth and prime before painting. For deep cracks, we may use mesh tape or skim the area.
Peeling paint in bathrooms is usually caused by moisture. We scrape off loose paint, treat the surface with anti-mould primer, and repaint using moisture-resistant trade paint like Dulux Bathroom+ or Crown Clean Extreme.
We use grease-resistant primers and washable paints like Crown Clean Extreme or Dulux Easycare Kitchen. We degrease the walls first for proper adhesion.
